Looking back to the nations of the Asia-Pacific today, both from the government and its own people, appeared to be not fully prepared for the new era that always new (modo) and global which information disclosure in very quick and wide, as well as the fusion of physical boundaries be unity in the world of information technology. There needs to be public discourse, communication, and information and cooperation between elements to realize the modern nations were innovative in the cross field of education with easy access to information and equality. The role of government in the MDGs may be improving people’s welfare so that all the nations in the Asia-Pacific was able to get the better life through cross-educational approach.

Here, the role of APSPA starts through cross-educational, applied research, direct engagement with policy makers. Which also actively encourage governments in the Asia Pacific region who care about the development of the people who will be able to create prosperity for its people. As we know, the development of the field of public affairs today entered the dramatic change era, which marked by the emergence of innovative movements in many sectors. The most fundamental change seen in the education and technological sector. In many developing countries, the education sector is not just changing the mindset of the modern underdevelopment, but to interpret the changes in terms of morality and moral behavior is realized in a modern yet maintain cultural values, local wisdom.

In Asia Pacific, there are many countries have schools, institutes and universities, but how many people in Asia, particularly Southeast Asia that is able to get the better education up to higher education. Higher education enrollment rate is only 10% -18% of the entire population of the country. It shows there are still many people who do not have the chance to experiencing education.

Through this association, by the active engagement of education people will be able to break the poverty chains. Poverty can be reduced or eliminated when the access to education around the community of a nation can be improved. If we are going to eradicate poverty, then began to innovate in the world of education and research inside. With the increase of highly educated people who can give the community the ability to use a systematically problem solving approach to deal with the problem that we faced. They will be able to use technology in a more cultured. Thus, the quality of education management will definitely rise to better. Moreover, developmental psychology demonstrate community support for the individual, derived from the classification phase of human life. The concept focuses on the first part of our lives, from birth until we leave school and enter the work environment. All phases are in the process of and access to education and technology in very fair conditions.
