Asia Pacific Society for Public Affairs held an 11th International Conference on Public Organization (ICONPO). The ICONPO conference is held on August 14th, 2021. The main theme of this conference is “Digital Governance and Crisis Management During COVID-19”. The conference has more than 80 articles that discuss many issues during pandemics. Besides, the event presented a speaker Professor Marjin Jassen from the Delft University of Technology, Netherlands who is concern about Adaptive and Agile Governance during COVID-19. The International Conference was held by virtual. The International Conference was opened by Professor Amporn Tamronglak, Ph.D. as a president of APSPA. The conference is expected to become a platform for researchers, professionals, scholars, and academicians from around the world to discuss public administration issues, politics, economy, culture, and technology from several perspectives.
