Asia Pacific Society for Public Affairs held an 11th International Conference on Public Organization (ICONPO). The ICONPO conference is held on August 14th, 2021. The main theme of this conference is “Digital Governance and Crisis Management During COVID-19”. The conference has more than 80 articles that discuss many issues during pandemics. Besides, the event presented a speaker Professor Marjin Jassen from the Delft University of Technology, Netherlands who is concern about Adaptive and Agile Governance during COVID-19.
